T2-Marketplace.com customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority! We want you to be very enthusiastic about your purchases from us!
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an order number as proof of purchase.

For the return of defective products, please email us atT2MarketplaceService@gmail.com with 30 days of your purchase.
Please provide photos showing the defective product.
We will process your return and either replace the item or issue a refund
To return your product, please contact us, and we will give you all the details.
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs to return any (non-defective) item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, please consider the time it may take for your exchanged item to arrive to you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
